Personal coaching includes using the full suite of Pilates Equipment, Kettlebells, Cardio, Sandbags, Swinging Clubs, Mats and Props.
Private Sessions are the fastest way to progress. We work one-on-one with you, adjusting the intensity of work to the level appropriate for you. Great for individuals with specific schedules and/or specific needs.
Duet sessions provide a more economical form of training, while maintaining most of the advantages of private sessions. For two individuals that are on similar levels of experience.
Small Group Sessions:
Enjoy a small community of similar experience levels for a fun way to progress to your shared goals. (3 - 5 people) The most cost effective form of training. All must be injury free.
